RESILIENCE IN ACTION

Whilst old systems have become giants on feet of sand, humanity is invited to create new ways. In many cases, the ‘new’ trying to take birth, must endure the onslaught of ‘the old’ that feels to be threatened in its existence. It takes courage not to lose hope whilst experiencing the traumatizing effects of the age of transition we live in.

‘Silence@Work’ took birth in the hostile environment our time features. The board members choose not to allow violence and deception to destroy their hope, but to go inside and use the harsh environment to become stronger.
