In its offices in London, Manchester, and Pune, Onepoint has implemented the “Traffic Control” concept for the mind, a key practice for developing inner silence. Regular silence breaks during the workday are a powerful way to refresh and energise the mind; hourly gentle music signals a moment for silent reflection, fostering self-awareness, stillness, and a refreshing sense of presence amidst the day’s busyness.

The Onepoint team helped develop an app, Bee Zone, “Silence is calling,” that helps users relax, re-energise, and prepare for life’s next adventure in minutes. Onepoint sees the “Into Silence” initiative as a much richer and deeper initiative that will take participants on an inner journey of self-exploration and transformation in a safe space through silence. Onepoint provides technology oversight and project management and helps create 3D designs, working with the specialist animation team of the Brahma Kumaris based in India.
